Katherine Ternent, DPM

Dr. Ternent grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and then graduated from undergraduate school at Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska. She received her medical degree from Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine. She then completed her residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at Trinity Health Livonia Hospital in Livonia, Michigan where she learned extensively about forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction, external fixation, sports injuries, foot and ankle trauma, and diabetic limb salvage.

Dr. Ternent’s clinical interests include general foot and ankle pain, bunion and hammertoe correction, wound care, diabetic foot care, toenail procedures, sports injuries, and forefoot and rearfoot trauma. Dr. Ternent is excited to be back in Nebraska after finishing residency training. She enjoys tennis, pickleball, board games, traveling, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, and trying new restaurants.
